Acceptable Use Policy

Our platform exists to send the right message at the right moment to people who asked for it. This policy lists what is not allowed, so every sender on the platform keeps good inbox placement and customer trust.

02 Honour every opt-out

Do not remove, hide or disable unsubscribe links or STOP options. Do not re-add contacts who unsubscribed, and do not send to suppressed contacts through another channel without fresh consent.

03 Honest messages

Subject lines, sender names and previews must reflect the content. No misleading urgency, fake replies (for example "Re:" on a first email), fake order updates or impersonation of another brand.

04 Prohibited content

Content that is illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, phishing, malware links, adult content, hate or harassment, unlicensed financial schemes, get-rich-quick offers, illegal drugs or weapons, and anything that breaks carrier, DLT or WhatsApp content rules.

05 Channel rules

SMS in India must use registered DLT entities, headers and templates, and promotional SMS must respect permitted hours. WhatsApp messages must follow the WhatsApp Business messaging and commerce policies. Email must follow authentication and bulk sender requirements.

06 Healthy sending

Keep complaint rates below 0.1% and hard bounce rates below 2%. Remove long-inactive contacts with sunset rules. We may slow or pause sending when these limits are crossed, and will work with you to fix the cause.

07 Platform misuse

Do not attempt to bypass sending limits, probe or attack the platform, share accounts between unrelated businesses, or resell access without an agency agreement.

08 Enforcement

Breaking this policy can lead to paused sending, suspension or account closure. Where possible, we will contact you first and explain what needs to change.
