Terms of Service

01 Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity in your account, including actions by users you invite.

Agencies using the platform for client brands confirm they have each client's authority to manage their audiences and send messages on their behalf.

02 Plans and billing

One Bar is free for up to 2,000 contacts. Paid plans are priced per contact per month, as shown on the Plans page at the time of purchase. Unsubscribed and suppressed contacts are not billed.

SMS and WhatsApp message charges from carriers and Meta are passed through at cost and billed separately. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.

03 Sending rules

You may only send messages to people who have given consent for that channel, and you must honour every unsubscribe and STOP request. You must follow TRAI DLT rules for SMS in India, sender requirements of mailbox providers for email, and the WhatsApp Business policies.

Use of the platform is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause sending from an account that breaks these rules, has unusually high complaint or bounce rates, or puts other customers' deliverability at risk.

04 Your data

You own the contact data and content you put on the platform. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and send it to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it.

05 AI features

AI-generated subject lines, copy and send-time predictions are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages before they are sent. Predictions do not guarantee any open rate, click rate or revenue.

06 Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and will announce planned maintenance in advance where possible. We may improve or change features over time. If a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give notice.

07 Third-party services

The platform connects to services such as store platforms, SMS gateways, push services and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

08 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

09 Ending the service

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. After closure, you can export your data during a short grace period, after which it is deleted.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
